Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotes, orders, products and services provided by Precise Plus (ABN [XX XXX XXX XXX], “we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our services, you (“customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
Precise Plus supplies and installs custom-made security doors, plantation shutters, roller shutters, roller blinds, curtains, retractable flyscreens and outdoor blinds for residential and commercial customers across Melbourne.
2. Quotes and Measurements
- Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for [7] days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.
- All products are custom made to the measurements taken by our team during your free measure and quote appointment. It is important that access to the property is provided and that any existing structures are accurately represented at the time of measure.
- Final pricing is confirmed once measurements are taken and your order is finalised. Prices quoted prior to measurement are estimates only.
3. Orders and Payment
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your order and commence manufacturing.
- The remaining balance is due on completion of installation / prior to delivery.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Custom-Made Products and Cancellations
Because our products are manufactured to your specific measurements and specifications, they cannot be resold or reused for another customer.
- Once manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
- If you wish to cancel an order before manufacturing has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred.
5. Delivery and Installation
- Estimated installation timeframes will be provided at the time of order and may vary due to manufacturing lead times, supplier availability, or circumstances outside our control.
- Installation is carried out by our own in-house team. Access to the property, a safe working area, and availability of a responsible adult must be provided on the day of installation.
- Any changes to the installation date should be communicated to us with as much notice as possible.
6. Warranty
All products are covered by our warranty as set out on our Warranty page at https://preciseplus.com.au/warranty/. The warranty applies in addition to, and does not limit, any rights and remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property, including measurements access and any structural considerations
- Ensure the installation site is safe, clear and accessible on the scheduled date
- Make payments in accordance with the agreed terms
- Notify us promptly of any concerns with the product or installation
8. Our Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our products or services is limited to the repair, replacement, or re-supply of the product or service, or the cost of doing so.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Precise Plus and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
10. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse it in any way that could damage, disable or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. Information on our website is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a formal quote until confirmed by our team.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
