Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the supply of quotes, products and installation services by Precise Plus (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the customer”). By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge following an in-home measure and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial measure.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your order, with the balance due on completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice.

Measuring & Manufacturing

All products are custom-made to the measurements taken at your property. Manufacturing lead times will be communicated at the time of order and may vary due to supplier or manufacturing delays outside our control.

Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and manufacturing has commenced, cancellations may not be possible as products are custom-made to your specifications. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.

Installation

Our installation team will take reasonable care to protect your property during installation. Please ensure the installation area is clear and accessible on the day of installation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty goods or the re-supply of services. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
